Kyra Minturn
Kyra Minturn, born August 19, 1965 was an American actress. She is also a producer and director. Her most prominent role is that of Deputy Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson, on TNT's crime series The Closer. Sedgwick received two Emmy Awards in 2010 as well as 2007 for her portrayal of Johnson. After the end of the seventh season, the show was cancelled on August 13, 2012. Sedgwick is also well-known for her part in Brooklyn Nine-Nine's sitcom Madeline Wuntch. Sedgwick was nominated to the Golden Globe for her role in Something to Talk About (1995).
